The design intent was to create an environment that implies by its appearance that it is made to allow comfortable, relaxed, and informal sitting. The hilly cushions invite relaxation and play. The carpet, made out of one flat surface and carefully placed zippers, can be zipped up and transformed into a series of "hills" on which users can lean. When the carpet needs to be vacuumed, the zippers can be unzipped and the carpet again becomes a flat surface. The carpet was designed
in collaboration with Carmel Carpets Ltd. and the faculty of the Department of Industrial Design, Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.
